Dynaset project focused on automating one assembly phase of hydraulic generators. This phase is planned to be carried out using a collaborative robot that utilizes machine vision and a robotic screwdriver in the solution.
As part of the project, a mockup of the automation system was built at the university’s facilities. The goal is to improve production efficiency by automating simpler assembly tasks, allowing employees to focus on more demanding tasks. Feasibity of the system was demonstrated while several points for improvement was found.
